1705 Prime's venue is as inviting on the outside as it is on the inside. In a restored Southern home just outside downtown Raleigh, the outdoor facade lends itself beautifully to wedding photography and ceremonies, with a manicured landscape and welcoming entrance flanked by white columns. Inside, modern decor provides a modern, upscale setting. Our lounge area welcomes guests with its grandiose aquarium and can be used on its own for an event. A variety of both smaller and large rooms offers intimate settings and grand capacities for an event or wedding of any size, with a built-in dance floor in our main room and in-house tables, chairs and chinaware. We offer flexible space for business events, complete with full AV packages. We have ample free parking, a kitchen on site and event design and vendor coordination service upon request.
