1705 Prime's venue is as inviting on the outside as it is on the inside. In a restored Southern home just outside downtown Raleigh, the outdoor facade lends itself beautifully to wedding photography and ceremonies, with a manicured landscape and welcoming entrance flanked by white columns. Inside, modern decor provides an upscale setting. Our lounge area welcomes guests with its grandiose aquarium and can be used on its own for an event. A variety of both smaller and large rooms offers intimate settings and grand capacities for an event or wedding of any size, with a built-in dance floor in our main room and in-house tables, chairs and chinaware. Or you can take the party outdoors. We offer flexible space for business events, complete with full AV packages. We have ample free parking, a kitchen on site and decorating consultation upon request.
